By booking a coaching session with Nadja Pathways, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Coaching services at Nadja Pathways are available to individuals who are 25 years of age or older. By booking a session you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

All coaching services are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and payment is submitted, the time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be offered to another client. For this reason, all purchases are considered final.

Coaching sessions are intended strictly for personal development and life coaching purposes. These services are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone unless otherwise specified and will begin at the scheduled appointment time. Clients are responsible for being available at the time of the session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of the session and payment.

Clients are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication. Coaching services may not be used for personal, romantic, or inappropriate interactions with the coach. Any behavior that violates professional boundaries may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

For safety and security purposes, Nadja Pathways may request identity verification if needed. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with any verification requests.

Coaching conversations are intended to remain private and confidential. Recording, distributing, or sharing any coaching session without written consent from Nadja Pathways is prohibited.

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
